I was happy with the work done on my property with Melvin. He pays attention to details such as installing roof vents so they are not visible from the street, optimal placement of gutter downspouts and thoughtful measures to prevent my eaves from sagging again. I am sure he did a lot more to make sure this is a quality install that I am not aware of. In short, Melvin makes sure the work is performed intelligently and addresses potential problems. He also makes sure there are no surprises and keeps you up to date on their progress.

On top of things....literally!

Alexander Roofing recently replaced our roof when during the heavy rains we discovered we had leaks after years of drought. The owner met with us to discuss his findings after surveying our roof and assessing what needed to be done. He took numerous photos and videos of our roof before and after replacement. He explained options and costs and how the job would be done by his crew. He was always very conscientious about returning phone calls and answering questions and concerns we had. We felt he treated us very fairly considering we were desperately in need of a new roof and he could have easily taken advantage of us when providing us with his bid. He returned to our home to show us more videos and photos of the completed work and returned to do touch up painting on the stucco and vents. The owner of Alexander Roofing is competent, conscientious and professional. Like I said, on top of it!!!
